So if my last soup, Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice, was amazing and time-consuming. This soup is amazing and super easy!!
And my daughter told me, “Mom, this is the best soup you make!”
It makes a huge pot, so I can eat it every day for lunch the next week too! Bonus!
We like to put frito chips (or corn chips) on top of it, and shredded cheese too! It reminds me a little bit of chili.
