New Zealand Lustre…
May 24, 2013I’ve never been to New Zealand but I’m so excited to get there someday. When I saw this home, I just had to run it.
The title word “lustre” just defines this home to me: “reflected light; sheen; gloss; radiance or brilliance of light.
This home is located on Waiheke Island, outside of Auckland.
The property comes with 34 acres, your own “boutique winery” featuring syrah, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and pinot gris. It’s also located on the waterfront with views across the Hauraki Gulf to Auckland.
And the interior is gorgeous!
I love this relaxed, colorful design that begs for guests to put their feet up.
And I love these light fixtures.
The kitchen is large and airy.
While this dining room is cool and contemporary.
Again with the light fixtures. And the cowhide chairs.
Not to mention the views. From almost every window.
A pool. With a projector for movies!
Nice.
And kids live here! Love this area carved out for them.
