A bit of ‘Spring’ for your Front Door

April 3, 2012

Written by Cathy Baker, mom of 2 amazing daughters, from Missouri

I have been searching the internet for a new spring wreath for my front door. I thought you might enjoy the inspiration, as well. Just looking at these decorations makes me smile…I love the springtime!

I’m thinking I might try something like this one, as I have an old water can that might just work to pull this off….

I like the simplicity of this one I found at Top This Top That blog

Again, I love the simplicity, and yet the ‘freshness’ of this one from The Magic Onions blog

And tulips are my absolute favorite springtime blub – and mine began  blooming this week. But I would LOVE this wreath that ‘blooms’ always.

I also like this version with tulips in a tin bucket. note to self: keep an eye out for a tin bucket.

I simply adore the “bare feet welcome” sign, and after tulips, daisies are my second favorite flower…so this wreath from PS Capture the Details Blog is definitely one I’d like to make too.

And lastly, this adorable arrangement in an umbrella, after all, April Showers bring May Flowers…
