Here’s how much I love you all:  I was sitting at home eating my full of those Chocolate Oatmeal Bars from Thursday (don’t miss these folks – dee-lish!), and it occurred to me that this snow outside was kinda pretty.

So I strapped on my boots and drove to the park, and yes, I’m aware you would have awarded me more sympathy if I had walked.

The beach in the dead of winter.  Hard to believe its just a few short months until we’re scampering around there scantily-clad (well, not me).

In the summer, this place is wall-to-wall people.

But for now just a man and his dog out there in the distance.

Snowmobile, anyone?

I once watched a deer swim across this channel, which shocked and amazed me.  I didn’t know they could do that.

A hello to New York City way down there 3o miles away….

At least the adorables loved every minute of it!  That’s 40 minutes of dress-time wrapped up there.
