Taylor Swift’s New Digs in Rhode Island

Friends, it’s good to be Taylor Swift.

Really, really good.

Join me in a tour of her new jaw-dropper in Rhode Island.

Set on the highest point on Watch Hill, Rhode Island among 5 acres, this home has more than 700 feet of Atlantic beachfront.

The home, at 11,000 square feet, is obviously large.

Built in 1930, it has 7 bedrooms and 9 baths.

Very traditional New England here.

And those views!

 

I’m interested to see how Taylor adds her youth to these rooms – or will she leave it as is?

Here’s the nitty-gritty: this home was originally listed for $24 million.  Taylor reportedly paid $17 million cash for the estate.  You might remember that she bought a home on Cape Cod whilst she was dating a Kennedy, but she flipped that home (for a profit) in November.
