This deserves to be shared with the world for all those cooks that don’t like messes. I don’t like giant clean ups and there was always a big one when pan cooking bacon. I rarely make it b/c I will eat so much of it. When you first told us about it we first tried turkey bacon. It was sooo yummy. The next time we did real bacon and it was spectacular. We couldn’t stop talking about it for days. We like it crispy so I left it on till it looked the way I wanted. It is better then the pan cooked. I am a lazy neat freak and was doing cartwheels when the only clean up was throwing out the tin foil after. Something to note- I left the pan so the grease hardened so there was literally nothing to clean up. Thanks Katiebabes!!!!! My favorite breakfast trick ever!!!
