Snow!

Like the rest of the nation, we have Snow. Tons of it.

On Facebook, one friend called it “Snowtorious B.I.G” (Thanks Emily).

Another called it “SnOMG 2011” (Thanks Joy).

And another: “Snoverwhelmed” (Thanks Susan).

All of these made me laugh.

Until I looked outside….

And that’s before this latest and greatest snow.

Of course, The Running Man was traveling for work during all of this. So I got to work.

Shoveling, shoveling, shoveling.

And more shoveling.

After I finally had uncovered my beloved minivan, I still couldn’t get it out of the driveway.

Now seriously, why can’t I back up??

So I shoveled some more and salted some more.

But still nothing.

What am I missing?

Then after this has been going on for 40 or so minutes, I finally remembered something…

Running Man’s 4-Wheel Drive sitting comfortably in the garage.

Brilliant?

Not so much.

I resemble that! I had groceries delivered to my parents’ house when we were there for Christmas because I completely forgot about my Dad’s car sitting in the garage. Oops!

Today it’s just solid ice. Running Man took our only car that can make it out of the driveaway to catch the train, so we’re here for the day. Wahoo! :/
