The (Wo)Man Cave…
October 4, 2012Some of you might think I am bat-crazy for the following…
I have long been a fan of the Man Cave.
Truth be told, I would probably enjoy a man cave in our house more than The Running Man. I am the one who pushes for the bigger plasma, the bigger couch, the coffee table that’s big enough to fit all my platters of food. Just think of all the fun parties I could host!
So that’s why I’m renaming this room the (Wo)Man Cave.
Let’s take a look:
Just a few weeks ago, we had friends over and everyone’s prospective college game was on at the same time. No worries in this room! I’m a big fan.
Notice the revolving chair area.. NICE!
This room is from the DIY Network – lucky people who received this basement for free!
Love this theatre/ pool table/bar concept.
There really aren’t words for this one. Kinda outstanding from Smooth Criminal!
I’m thinking Chips ‘N Guac, 7-layer Dip, Meatballs, Chili if it’s cold, Veggie Platter, and drinks and let’s get the game on! Oh how I love College Football Season.

I love your other great examples of how to integrate a watching/playing/eating space all into the same room. We’ve found too that a lot of wives are excited as their husbands about turning their lower level into the ultimate (chic) hangout!
