A Great Home Renovation…
February 25, 2011
This home in College Park, Orlando was originally built in 1922. Isn’t she darling? The home is 1800 sq. feet and the family downsized from a 2400 sq. feet home so that they could live in this friendly neighborhood with big trees and a great neighbors.

The house was purchased just over a year ago and renovated top to bottom, mostly by themselves.

And ta-da:

The blue tape on the previous photo shows this new door opening in these two photos – I think this was a great change!

Look at this great tile detail!

I just love these 2 rooms: the colors, the archway, the warmth, the fun.

This outdoor space is perfect – love the big picnic table and trike deck. And in Florida, they can use it year-round.
*Sigh.*
Not like mine which is buried under 2 feet of snow.

Many, many thanks to the Wright family who own Ma Mi Skin Care, a skincare line for moms.
And tomorrow, the winner of the kimBO be. organized. MotherBoard organizational system giveaway is announced. Get in on it if you haven’t already!
Have a fabulous weekend.
