And then she liked Green Tea

August 22, 2015

Written by Marykate O’Malley, mother of three sweet and wonderful children, in “leafy” Gladwyne (borrowed from a description I read about traffic patterns and the World Meeting of Families – which is going to be amazing – and a street that cuts through the center of town). Leafy, I like leafy. Leafy is good.  Leafy is green.  I love green, Kelly green. And blue, as well as pink. And leafy means trees and I love, love, with deep love, love trees. And yes I did actually write a post, well, more like a recipe but I think you will like it….

I never liked Green Tea. But wanted to. Desperately. I knew the benefits. Read the articles. Anti-oxidants and all that. I even tried the Trader Joes green tea mints but ech just wasn’t for me, an acquired taste perhaps. And then I visit my wonderful hostess with the mostess sister in law and she serves, along with a most delicious summer dinner, iced green tea. And…. I love it! Fresh, light, and green. Leafy minty green and wholesome healthy yumminess. I share with you a recipe here: iced green tea. and pinterest recipes here!

Enjoy!
